Begin the new year with a soothing blend of heart-opening cacao, Hands on Reiki healing and a deeply restorative sound bath.
You’ll begin with warm ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and set your intensions.
Claire will guide you into a Holy fire meditation & then everyone will receive Reiki, easing the mind and clearing stagnant energy, while Sharon holds the space with grounding gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls, ocean drums and chimes.
