Please bring along a yoga mat/gym mat or anything you will feel comfortable to lie on, if laying down isn’t an option for you, you are welcome to bring a chair/recliner or we can provide a basic chair, a blanket & pillow, optional eye mask although we do recommend, your crystals if you wish for cleansing & extra healing & water💜
