1. Our commitment
At The Temple Of Sounds, every effort is made to provide a welcoming, supportive and professional experience. If you feel dissatisfied with any part of the service, communication, booking process, event, course, private session or product purchase, your concerns will be taken seriously and handled with care.
2. How to make a complaint
All complaints should be made in writing and addressed to Sharon Millman. Please include as much detail as possible so the matter can be reviewed properly.
Please include:

The date of the session, event, course or purchase

3. Where to send your complaint
Complaints should be sent in writing to Sharon Millman by email at sharon@thetempleofsounds.co.uk. If needed, you may also make contact by phone on 07411 573508, but the complaint itself must be submitted in writing.
4. Timescales
Complaints should ideally be submitted as soon as possible after the issue arises. A written acknowledgement will usually be provided within 5 working days, and a full response will normally be issued within 14 working days where possible.
If more time is needed due to the nature of the complaint, you will be informed and kept updated.
5. How complaints are handled
Each complaint will be reviewed carefully, fairly and confidentially. The aim is to understand what happened, respond appropriately and, where possible, resolve the matter in a respectful and timely way.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include clarification, an apology, reasonable corrective action, or changes to help improve future services.
6. Respectful communication
The Temple Of Sounds is committed to respectful communication at all times and asks the same from clients and customers. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory language will not be accepted.
7. Policy review
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices or legal requirements.
Returns Policy
1. General policy
All bookings and purchases made with The Temple Of Sounds are non-refundable and non-transferable unless a session, event, course or product is cancelled by The Temple Of Sounds or a refund is required by law.

2. Sessions, events and courses
Payments for sound baths, private sessions, workshops, courses, special events and other bookings are final. Refunds are not offered for cancellations, missed attendance, change of mind, late arrival, inability to attend, or personal circumstances.
Transfers to another date, session, event or person are also not offered.

3. Products
Products purchased through The Temple Of Sounds are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect, or a refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law. If there is an issue with a product, please make contact as soon as possible with full details and, where relevant, photographs.
4. If The Temple Of Sounds cancels
If a session, event, course or appointment is cancelled by The Temple Of Sounds, you will be offered either a suitable alternative date where available or a refund at Sharon Millman’s discretion, unless another arrangement has been clearly agreed.
5. Health, suitability and responsibility
It is your responsibility to read any session guidance, contraindications and booking information before attending. If you are unsure whether a session is suitable for you, please get in touch before booking.
Choosing not to attend after booking due to suitability concerns does not create an entitlement to a refund or transfer.
