Join us for a powerful evening of healing and transformation, co-created by David Balfe of Dragn Yoga & Sharon from Temple of Sounds Cheshire.
This unique collaboration blends the transformative effects of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the immersive and healing resonance of a live Sound Bath, offering you a holistic journey for mind, body, and spirit.
The evening begins with David guiding you through Conscious Connected Breathwork, a circular, continuous breathing practice designed to initiate deep physical and emotional tension release,
clarity and expanded self-awareness. Throughout your breathwork journey, you’ll be gently supported by Tyler, whose intuitive and grounded presence offers compassionate hands-on guidance to help you feel safe, supported, and held as you move through the process.
