Join us for a deeply restorative Gong Bath at St Wilfrid’s Parish Hall, Grappenhall Village (opposite The Parr Armspub).

Allow the soothing waves of gong vibrations to wash over you, releasing tension, calming the mind, and restoring balance from within.

💜 What to bring:

Something comfortable to lie on —yoga/gym mat, blanket, pillow, water, and an optional eye mask.
