How to Use
Gently strike the tuning fork with the included activator mallet. Hold the stem and allow the vibration to resonate in the air, around the body, or place the stem on areas such as the sternum, joints or muscles to experience the vibration more directly. Take a few slow, deep breaths and allow the sound to guide you into a state of relaxation.
