Can I Get a Refund or Transfer My Sound Bath Ticket?

We understand that plans can change & sometimes unexpected circumstances arise.

However, all tickets purchased for our sound baths, collaborations, events & courses are non-refundable, and we’re unable to transfer bookings to another date or session.

As a small independent business, every space matters. Our venues, collaborators, preparation & equipment are arranged around the number of people booked, and late cancellations can leave spaces that we’re unable to fill.

Can someone else use my ticket?

Yes. If you’re unable to attend, you’re very welcome to gift your ticket to a friend or family member for the same session.

Please make sure the new attendee is aware of the contraindications & what to bring before accepting the ticket. You’ll also need to contact Sharon as soon as possible with their full name so the booking list can be updated.

If you’re unable to find someone to use your ticket, please contact Sharon. Although this cannot be guaranteed, she may be able to gift the space to someone else on your behalf.
