Yes. The Temple of Sounds offers private group bookings, workplace wellbeing sessions, corporate sound baths & retreat experiences, with every session tailored around your group, venue & occasion.

Whether you’re gathering with friends, organising a retreat or looking after the wellbeing of your employees, a private sound bath offers everyone the chance to pause, switch off from the outside world & enjoy some much-needed time to simply be.

Private group sound baths

A private sound bath can be arranged for:

  • Birthdays & special occasions

  • Groups of friends or family

  • Hen parties with a difference

  • Community groups

  • Wellbeing gatherings

  • People who would prefer a smaller, more personal setting

Private intimate sound baths are also available at Duchess House in Warrington for groups of up to 10 people. Alternatively, Sharon can travel to your chosen suitable venue.

Sound baths for retreats

A sound bath can be a beautiful addition to a day, weekend or longer retreat, offering guests time to rest, reflect & absorb everything they’ve experienced.

Sessions can be included:

  • At the beginning of a retreat to help everyone arrive & settle

  • Between activities to create a period of rest

  • At the end of the day to encourage deep relaxation

  • As a closing experience before guests return home

Each retreat is different, so the session can be tailored around your programme, group size, available time, theme & venue.

Sharon brings a wide range of instruments, allowing her to create a full-spectrum sound experience for your guests. If you’re a retreat organiser, please get in touch to discuss how sound could complement the experience you’re creating.

Workplace & corporate wellbeing sessions

Workdays can be busy, demanding & mentally tiring. A workplace sound bath gives your team permission to step away from emails, deadlines, phones & the constant need to be productive.

Corporate sessions can be included as part of:

  • A staff wellbeing day

  • A workplace wellness programme

  • A team-building event

  • A conference or corporate retreat

  • Mental health or stress-awareness initiatives

  • A staff reward or thank-you

  • A calming session following a particularly busy period

It can also be arranged as a standalone experience, giving your employees something completely different from an ordinary working day.

What happens during the sound bath?

Sharon brings a beautiful collection of instruments to your workplace, retreat or chosen venue. These may include gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, crystal harps, pyramids & other therapeutic sound instruments.

Everyone can lie comfortably on a mat with blankets & pillows, or remain seated in a chair if lying down isn’t suitable. No previous experience of sound baths or meditation is needed.

Everyone experiences sound differently, but attendees often say they leave feeling calmer, more settled, less mentally busy & deeply relaxed.

What do we need to provide?

A quiet, private space where the group won’t be interrupted is ideal. Practical arrangements—including room size, seating, mats, timings, accessibility & what participants should bring—can all be discussed before booking.

Important information, including the contraindications, will also be provided so it can be shared with everyone attending in advance.

How do we enquire?

Please contact Sharon with your preferred date, location, approximate number of attendees & the type of gathering, workplace event or retreat you’re planning.

Whether it’s an intimate sound bath with the people closest to you, a restorative retreat experience or a wellbeing session for your workplace, we can discuss what would work best for your group.

Sometimes the most valuable thing we can give ourselves—or the people around us—is permission to stop.
